Why These Programmes Matter

Technical trades remain one of the most stable career paths in South Africa. Programmes like these help bridge the gap between training and employment by giving participants practical experience and recognised certification.

For unemployed youth and experienced workers without formal qualifications, these initiatives offer a real pathway toward becoming a recognised artisan in industries that continue to demand skilled labour.
